    Ling Ke, male, born in December 1959. Mr. Ling is a senior economist. He holds a master’s degree in management engineering from Zhejiang University. Mr. Ling has served various positions in the Company, including the executive vice general manager, the general manager and a director. He is currently the chairman of the ninth session of the Board of Directors of the Company.

    Huang Juncan

    Huang Juncan, male, born in February 1971. Mr. Huang holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Tongji University and an EMBA degree in Finance from PBC School of Finance, Tsinghua University. Mr. Huang has served as the deputy manager of the engineering department of the Company, the deputy general manager of Gemdale’s Beijing branch, the general manager of Gemdale’s Shenzhen branch, the employee representative supervisor of the Board of Supervisors, assistant to the President and chief financial officer of the Company. He is currently a Director of the ninth session of the Board of Directors and the President of the Company.

    Chen Bi'an

    Chen Bi’an, male, born in June 1962. Mr. Chen holds a master’s degree in engineering from Hunan University and a doctorate in management and engineering from Tianjin University. Mr. Chen is a senior economist. He has once served as our Executive Vice General Manager, Director and Executive Vice President, the Chairman of the fourth session of the Board of Supervisors of the Company, the Chairman of Wuhan Branch of Gemdale Group and the Chairman and General Manager of East China Region subsidiary of Gemdale Group. He is currently a Director of the ninth session of the Board of Directors of the Company and a Senior Vice President.

    Sun Juyi

    Sun Juyi, male, born in April 1952. Mr. Sun holds a master’s degree in economics from Tianjin University of Finance and Economics. He is a senior accountant. He has once served as a Director, Vice Chairman and Independent Director of the Company. He served as a lecturer in Tianjin University of Finance and Economics from 1982 to 1991, assistant to the director of Shenzhen Zhong Hua Accounting Firm from 1991 to 1994, and deputy general managing and financial controller of Shum Yip Group from 1994 to 2002. From 2002 to 2005, he acted as vice chairman and CFO of the Mission Hills Group. He is currently a Director of the ninth session of the Board of Directors of the Company.

    Xu Jiajun, male, born in June 1978. Mr. Xu holds a master’s degree in management from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.     Wei Chuanjun

    Wei Chuanjun, male, born in October 1968. Mr. Wei holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and an MBA degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. He is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants and also a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Mr. Wei once served as an auditor at Shenzhen Dahua CPA and assistant to the general manager of the finance department of Vanke Group. After joining the Company in 2003, he served as general manager of planning & finance department. He is currently a Director of the ninth session of the Board of Directors, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

    LUO Sheng

    Luo Sheng, male, born in September 1970. Mr. Luo holds a doctorate degree in corporate governance from the Business School of Nankai University. He has successively served as the principal staff member of the Regulation Division under the Policy and Regulation Department, the principal staff member of the Market Analysis Division under the Development and Reform Department, the deputy director and director of the Corporate Governance Division under the Development and Reform Department as well as the deputy director of the Regulation Department of the China Insurance Regulatory Commission. He has also served as an executive director, the executive vice president, secretary to the Board of Directors, and general manager of Shanghai Branch of China Insurance Information Technology Management Co., Ltd., and the deputy director of the Development and Reform Department of China Insurance IT Management Co., Ltd. Mr. Luo is currently the deputy head of the special task forcezsof CBIRC for risk management of Anbang Group and a Director of the ninth session of the Board of Directors of the Company.

Currently he serves as a professor and doctoral advisor in the School of Economics and Management, the director of Research Center for Technological Innovation in Tsinghua University as well as a member of Standardization Administration of the People’s Republic of China and Ministry of Science and Technology Education Management Committee. Currently, he is the employee representative supervisor of the 9th Supervisory Board, the cost director of the company, and the general manager of the cost Management Department of the Group.

After joining Gemdale Group in 1997, he served successively as deputy manager of building materials department, development director and assistant to the general manager of Shanghai subsidiary of Gemdale Group, chairman of Gemdale Property Management Co., Ltd., chairman and general manager of Shenyang subsidiary of Gemdale Group and chairman and general manager of the North China Region subsidiary of Gemdale Group. He is currently a Vice President of the Company and chairman of the South China Region subsidiary of Gemdale Group.

    Yang Kan

    Yang Kan,Male and born in October 1965, Mr. Yang obtained a master’s degree in management from Zhejiang University and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Dalian University of Technology. From 1996 to 2005, he had served in the Company as the general manager of Gemdale Hotel* (金地宾馆), assistant to the general manager of the project development department, deputy general manager of the corporate development department and general manager of the operation and management department, respectively, of the Group. He joined GoldTech Group as a vice president and served in Jingrui Group* (景瑞集团) as a director and senior vice president. He is currently a Vice President of the Company and chairman and general manager of the East China Region subsidiary of Gemdale Group.

    Hao Yibin

    Hao Yibin, Male and born in November 1972, Mr. Hao obtained a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Tsinghua University. He joined Gemdale Group in July 2003 and served successively as a managing deputy general manager of the North China Region subsidiary of Gemdale Group and a general project manager of Gemdale Center of North China Region of Gemdale Group, a managing deputy general manager of the North China Region subsidiary of Gemdale Group and a general manager of Tianjin subsidiary of Gemdale Group and assistant president of the Company, a Vice President of the Company and chairman of the West  China Region and southeast China Region. He is currently a Vice President of the Company and chairman of the Northeast China Region subsidiary of Gemdale Group.

    WANG Nan

    Wang Nan,Male and born in January 1972, Mr. Wang holds a master’s degree in business administration from Peking University and a bachelor’s degree in management engineering from Northeastern University. He joined Gemdale Group in April 2002 and served successively as the marketing director of Wuhan subsidiary and Shanghai subsidiary, the general manager of Hangzhou branch of Shanghai subsidiary, the vice general manager of the East China Region subsidiary and the strategic director of Gemdale Group. He is currently a Vice President of the Company.

    2021 was the second year of the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic worldwide. Due to the pandemic resurgence in tandem with the impact of various factors such as industry policies and financial environment, the real estate industry experienced profound adjustments on both the supply and demand sides, and showed a downward trend of operation overall.
    Amid the challenging industry environment, the Company has maintained its strategic focus on “shoring up weak spots, strengthening synergy, and pursuing innovation” and seized opportunities to forge ahead. As a result, the Company not only achieved a counter-trend growth in sales but also maintained stable profits. The Company has secured its relative leadership in the industry in terms of investment expansion, operation management, product R&D and financial control.
    We consistently prioritize the development of high-energy cities, and make efficient and accurate investment by relying on advanced information systems; we flexibly manage supply and optimize the schedule control system, to ensure the completion of sales targets. Insisting on promoting product innovation to meet customer needs, we are at the forefront of the industry in the exploration of digital construction systems, and sustaining efforts to build a green and sound building system. Our financial fundamentals are as solid as ever. We are always in the "green bracket" of the "three red lines".
    Apart from that, our new business explorations are fruitful: revenue from self-held properties is stable; commercial office, industrial and rental residential business are progressing neck and neck, among which the Weixin Industrial Park has achieved a comprehensive layout in the core cities of industrial strategy. The quality, scale and efficiency of Gemdale Smart Service have all developed smoothly, with the investment and expansion capacity ranking among the top four in the industry and the operation quality improving significantly. The management and service area of the entrusted construction business has kept growing, winning high recognition from the market, the society and the government. The synergy between our home decoration, sports, education and big health business and our principal real estate business is strengthened, injecting a constant stream of vitality into the development of the cities in which we operate.
    Although our professional capabilities are improving year by year, and we are thinking of and exploring new business areas, yet we are conscious that there is still much room for improvement in investment management, product R&D and innovation, refined operation, and new model creation and innovation that we are pursuing.
    Standing at the crossroad of the global post-pandemic recovery cycle of 2022, we have to cope with a mix of tests such as sporadic COVID-19 resurgences and continuous industry adjustments. In a harsher living environment, the only road to sound and sustainable development is to maintain strategic focus, do the hard and right things, and insist on innovation and change.
    To that end, first, we will steadily adjust our development model and pay more attention to the new balance of profit and scale. Under the keynote of “houses are for living, not for speculation” in a new environment full of challenges, we will continue a prudent attitude toward the control of the debt ratio, to enhance the long-term risk resistance. Adhering to the strategic thinking of balancing the development of profit and scale, we will relentlessly strive for improvements to management quality and a steady growth in the "project profit" and "total profit" of the Company, so as to create long-term stable value for shareholders.
    We need to scale new heights in investment for making profits. Following the macroeconomic and industry policies, we will continue refining the national and regional investment layout, and ensure an appropriate ratio of investment in development properties and self-held properties. In terms of investment management, we will optimize the iterative investment information platform and investment evaluation criteria, paying more attention to investment quality than investment growth rate, with the focus on improving the accuracy of project investment. While further enforcing investment discipline, we will perfect the investment decision-making system and the requirements for investment appraisal.
    We will enhance our endogenous development capabilities and product power to cater to customer needs. Products are always the only gauge of customer recognition and trust. In addition to creating new industry-leading product series and facades, we will shift our focus back on optimizing product planning solutions and individual building capabilities for corporate competitiveness. Through positive design with the BIM and assembly technology applications, we will gradually realize digital design and construction. We will make a detailed and in-depth study of interior functional space, to satisfy the needs of customers for residential upgrading. We will further study the competitiveness of fine decoration, and combine fine decoration with customized fine decoration to form our unique business capability. We will also continue applying new technologies to establish first-mover advantages in intelligent communities, intelligent homes, building energy efficiency, and environment-friendly homes.
    It is foreseeable that the internal operation and external environment of the real estate industry will remain challenging in 2022. We will stay focused on forestalling and defusing financial risks to ensure refined operations. On the one hand, we will build an integrated business and financial information system and strengthen our cash flow management efforts. On the other hand, we will secure the capital needs for our scale development by leveraging the advantages of multi-channel financing that we have possessed, in light of policies and market conditions.
    While enhancing the quality of our principal business development, we will respond to the policy adjustment and scale contraction in the residential market and get the right balance between the proportion of investment in held-for-sale properties and self-held properties. In terms of self-held properties, we will catch up with industry leaders to create better commercial and office properties. We will vigorously develop life science parks and customized parks to enhance the leading edge of industrial park business, while exploring innovative services in line with national policies such as building PV and energy storage. With respect to smart services, we will prioritize the digital transformation of basic services and strengthen value-added service capabilities. We will continue making innovations in the fields of home decoration, entrusted construction and real estate finance to form unique operational advantages, and achieve synergistic development with the principal real estate business.
