That Witchy Place does not share customer information including emails, phone numbers, or postal mail addresses with anyone. It is not our policy to spam nor do we send unwanted postal mail. Any batch emails sent out will be only to notify customers of new or sale items as well as special offers and sales, or for our subscribed newsletter delivery.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, That Witchy Place will attempt to contact you by phone or email before canceling the order or item that is incorrect. That Witchy Place shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, That Witchy Place shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Prices on our Internet Store will always be the most current and will be the determining price for items.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The prices listed on our website will be the most accurate and up to date. Be sure to keep an eye on the NEW ITEMS category of our website, as we constantly bring in new items to replace those we have discontinued.

That Witchy Place is required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Missouri. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
RETURNS: If you want to return a product to That Witchy Place you must contact us within 30 days of receipt by using the Return Item feature when viewing the order on our website (learn more) or by calling us at 1-636-489-1558 during business hours. You must have the original invoice number to refer to. There are no restocking fees. The customer is responsible for shipping returns back to us. We will not refund shipping charges once an order has shipped to you. Orders refunded because of customer cancellation within our advertised delivery window are subject to a 10% processing fee.
Due to the increase in shipping costs we reserve the right to bill your account for all shipping fees billed to us due to a package being returned or refused without prior approval.
Digital Products (downloadable products) are not eligible for refunds and all such sales are final. If you experience a problem with a digital product, contact the helpdesk for resolution. Minimum requirements to utilize the downloads are included in the individual product description pages and by purchasing those products you are confirming that your computer system meets those minimums.
DAMAGES: If you are missing any merchandise from your order, or have received damaged items, put the package aside and contact us within 10 days so we may get the issue resolved in a timely manner. That Witchy Place will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No merchandise will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of damage claims or missing package claims with the shipping provider (UPS, US Postal Service, Fed Ex, Etc…) will be the responsibility of That Witchy Place.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We at That Witchy Place reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We currently only ship to the valid US addresses. All United States provinces, possessions and APO/FPO addresses are included.
Our entire order process takes anywhere from 4-14 business days depending on what you ordered. Stock on our website is indicative of both our physical and supplier stock. Although every effort is made to keeep items on hand, they're sometimes backordered or diconstinued without notice. Orders are processed 3 times per week so your order may appear as pending for up to 3 days. If any ordered items are in supplier stock, it may take up to 7 days for the order to ship. Most orders are recevied within 5-10 business days. If you need something sooner, contact us for availabilty and custom shipping quote. If an item is in our physical inventory, an order placed before 2pm CST can be shipped overnight.
Big businesses have lots of employees and warehouses enabling them to ship orders quickly. That Witchy Place is a small, pagan family run store with a focus and decication to offering a wide variety of high quality products and great prices without sacrificing customer service. By processing orders only several days a week, we're able to save money by reducing stock orders and we pass those savings on to you in the form of lower prices.
When any item is put on backorder here at That Witchy Place, we will ship it out to you as soon as it comes in. However if the value of the merchandise is under $10.00 we will drop the missing item from your order and notify you to reorder the item if you desire, along with an estimated due date of its arrival.
All orders are shipped discreetly. We do not included our entire company name in the return address. Most of packing materials is recycled and re-used, we encourage our customers to do the same. Yes, we do reuse the boxes that come in to us so they may be "ugly", but it's the right thing to do.
Our cart software uses the weight of the item that we get from our vendors to calculate your shipping totals based upon your zip code. Overly large or heavy items do incur extra charges. We use USPS and provide tracking numbers to your order once it's shipped. We are not responsible for delayed tracking info from the USPS.com website. You will receive an email once your order ships. It will contain a link to view your order and get your tracking number. Contact us if you'd like us to ship your order via UPS, we can do this for you on a per order basis.
Due to the nature of digital file downloads, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on them, unless specified on the specific product page.
All items sold and distributed by That Witchy Place are legal for sale and distribution. However, it is the responsibility of all customers to understand local, regional, and national laws pertaining to the items they purchase, and purchasers are solely responsible for packages lost, destroyed, confiscated, or any legal action resulting from the purchase of the items that are illegal in their particular country or region.
